Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid Account Director role located in Seattle, Washington. The Account Director will prospect, educate, and sell FCS1 SaaS hospitality software to hotels, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities while maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to meet sales goals, utilizing resources to increase profitability and revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. Additionally, the Account Director will analyze market trends to provide insights, identify areas for improvement, and participate in developing pricing strategies. Compensation for this role is based on sales experience, which includes 50/50 base salary/commissions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or hospitality industries.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM for sales pipeline management and account profiling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
