Job Description
- Provide comprehensive support to the Group CEO, including managing both business and personal matters.
- Manage the Group CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Group CEO, including booking flights, accommodations and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries, agendas and other necessary documentation for the Group CEO’s business trips.
- Ensure travel plans are organized, efficient and aligned with the Group CEO’s schedule and preferences.
- Coordinate the organization of the company’s annual management and sales meeting
- Serve as the Primary point of contact between the Group CEO and internal/ external stakeholders, handling internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Screen documents before obtaining the Group CEO’s approval.
- Maintain and organized the CEO’s office room in an clean and tidy environment.
- Performing clerical/ general office duties and delegating tasks to administrative team.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Pleasant personality with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
