Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Group CEO, including managing both business and personal matters.
  • Manage the Group CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Group CEO, including booking flights, accommodations and transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries, agendas and other necessary documentation for the Group CEO’s business trips.
  • Ensure travel plans are organized, efficient and aligned with the Group CEO’s schedule and preferences.
  • Coordinate the organization of the company’s annual management and sales meeting
  • Serve as the Primary point of contact between the Group CEO and internal/ external stakeholders, handling internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Screen documents before obtaining the Group CEO’s approval.
  • Maintain and organized the CEO’s office room in an clean and tidy environment.
  • Performing clerical/ general office duties and delegating tasks to administrative team.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
