FCS Solutions seeks a dynamic Communications Manager to lead content creation, social media management, and brand gatekeeping. Responsibilities include developing SEO-optimized content, managing ad campaigns, crafting customer communications, and acting as the brand gatekeeper.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably within SaaS or hospitality, and strong SEO knowledge. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for branding - as well as proficiency with communication tools, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning

  • Manage a content calendar for timely delivery.
  • Create engaging, SEO-optimized content for various platforms (website, social media, blogs, newsletters).
  • Oversee multimedia content production (videos, infographics, presentations).

Social Media

  • Draft copy, create visuals, and schedule posts.
  • Maintain and update social media channels.

Campaign planning

  • With the digital marketing specialist: plan and create personalized & localized ad campaigns for various channels including LinkedIn, Outbrain, Google, Meta, and Teads.
  • Develop ad copy, assets, and landing pages.

Copywriting

  • Create copy for eDMs (product updates, notices, automation sequences for lead nurture).
  • Create content for inbound, including white papers, listicles, checklists, SEO blog articles, press releases, and release notes.

Brand Gatekeeping

  • Ensure that all communications and marketing materials consistently reflect the company's brand identity, messaging, and values.
  • Oversee brand voice and design and act as a the gatekeeper for both.

Website & SEO

  • Prepare SEO-optimized content for product/feature pages.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Conduct UAT checks with the digital marketing specialist before pushing content to production.

Sales Collaterals and Online Presence

  • Update sales materials as needed (brochures, sales decks, explainer videos).
  • Ensure up-to-date information on backlinks and online profiles.

Events & PR

  • Plan and coordinate tradeshows and events.
  • Plan & deliver localized PR campaigns with partner agencies around the globe.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Communications / Public Relations, preferably in SaaS or Hospitality
  • Native English speaker a MUST
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SEO and writing SEO-optimized content
  • As strong eye and passion for branding
